Join Kerry and your fellow Bloomies for a special yoga class to celebrate Bloom Yoga Studio's 20th anniversary. This all-levels gentle yoga class will take you through a slow sequence of satisfying poses that promote strength, mobility, and balance. With conscious breathing and accessible experiences of mindfulness interspersed throughout the practice, you'll leave with a feeling of rejuvenation.
