Basic Home Modifications: Make Your Home Work For You (Hybrid Event)

Forward Chicago is a grassroots, all- volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that connects neighbors, local businesses, and organizations to build a stronger community. We envision our neighborhoods as model communities for people of all ages, where residents can age in place while remaining active, engaged, and influential.

Join us to learn how to assess your home for fall risk and other hazards and how to make simple changes to keep you safe at home. We'll also discuss how your home may be hindering you and how it can instead work for you as you age. We will review how many simple changes can allow you to continue doing all the things you need and want to do.
