Building a Home Yoga Practice with Love & Devotion, a virtual workshop with Kathleen Matuszewich

Join Bloom yoga teacher, Kathleen Matuszewich, for this 90-minute virtual workshop and explore how you can move into 2023 with love and devotion starting at home.

Kathleen has been teaching yoga at Bloom since 2016. She has been practicing yoga for decades. Most of that time has been spent on her mat, alone, at home. Build your home practice in this workshop where Kathleen will help you cultivate habits to get you onto your mat (or floor, carpet, cushion, etc.) at home.

Connect virtually to begin developing your home practice with intention and devotion. Whether you are an advanced student or novice, you can practice at home. During this workshop, we will explore tips to establish your home practice along with common obstacles many face. Resources and tools will be shared and questions with discussion are encouraged.

Building a home practice is an expression of devotion to yourself and your practice. Practicing yoga is an act of love. Join Kathleen, as we do both, together from home.

This workshop is virtual. A Zoom link will be sent to all registered on the day of the event. The session will be recorded and the recording will be made available to registered participants for 30 days after the live event.
