Many adults raised with purity-culture messaging carry shame, confusion, and difficulty trusting their bodies and desires. Reclaimed is an 8-week, therapist-led support and process group that helps participants reduce shame, rebuild consent and boundaries, and strengthen relationships?while honoring personal faith and values. This is not an anti-religion space; all genders, orientations, and faith backgrounds are welcome.
