Instead of our weekly prenatal yoga class, grab a partner, friend, or family member and join Lucy, for a 75-minute yoga workshop!
You will learn interactive yoga poses for two that will alleviate many of the common complaints of pregnancy, such as back aches and hip pain. Practice yoga poses side-by-side, as well as some partnered poses that feel great for both of your bodies! You and your partner will have fun connecting throughout the workshop and have chances to experience your pregnancy in new ways. Plus, the yoga poses you practice in class will be a great tool to use during labor and birth!
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Prenatal Partner Yoga does require the attendance of the pregnant person and a friend, family member, or partner.
Pre-registration is required.
